Patents

The business strategy of a few companies is likely to kill an entire industry. Patents should be granted only in cases where real invention and innovation can be demonstrated. I hope the offshore wind industry can find a way to overcome the legal obstacles that it is now facing. Otherwise we’ll be sentenced to develop projects with two designers and one turbine manufacturer.
